General info: Carmen is a rendition of Italy’s “Bull's Horn” pepper. It is sweeter than other variations with no spice. Suitable for indoor/ outdoor planting. Great when roasted, grilled and in salads.
Days to harvest: 75 days or when a deep red hue begins to show
Sun and spacing: Direct sun and 12-18’’ spacing in rows 24-36’’ apart
Common pests: Cutworms, plant bugs, aphids, and flea beetles with pyrethrin.
