Herbalism 101 Workshop
Are you herb-curious or at the start of your herb journey? Then join us for an afternoon of herbalism 101! On 12/7 from 1-3pm. We’ll dive into the basics of herbalism including sourcing, storing, growing, and processing your herbs, basic herbal preparations, discussion on some herbal actions on the body, and then make 2 items to take home.
This workshop will be at a MEVO community member’s beautiful home, in Mahwah. The workshop address will be shared upon sign-up.
About the instructor: MEVO’s Executive Director, Violet Reed, is a community herbalist with a passion for sharing ways we can infuse the teachings of plants into our everyday lives.
