Immune Boosters Workshop
Learn about immune supportive and immunomodulating herbs like elderberry, echinacea, kitchen cabinet herbs, and more to help bolster your immune system during the winter months. We will discuss the importance of herbs in our daily immune health and make some fun creations along the way! We will be making:
Elderberry Syrup
An immune support tea
Fire Cider
We will also enjoy an immune supportive soup and white pine tea to keep us warm and nourished during the workshop.
Location: Fresh Roots Farm (This event will be moved indoors if too cold or rainy, location TBD)
Time: October 25, 11:00am-1:00pm
